Although we all want to play amazing, effortless solos when improvising on saxophone, most of us forget that “creativity” is something that you need to practice.
Just like technique and tone, creativity is something that you need to work on consistently in your daily routine. And, with practice, it will become easier and stronger.
Doesn’t that sound good?
I think this is something that most people overlook, so this month (May) I’m adding a new course to Sax School to help:
What’s inside this Mini Course?
This course takes you through some exercises you can do every day to develop your creativity. Just like the gym, it might not feel that comfy, but trust me, you will feel better (and play better) afterwards!
The course includes a series of lessons, complete with worksheets and practice backing tracks you can use today to improve your skills.
Sax School Members: Check out the first part of Creative Improvising inside Sax School today.
Not a member yet?
No problem. Check out this lesson series, all the other Mini-courses and the entire Sax School lesson library with a free 30 day trial today.
This course will keep you busy for ages, but watch out for the rest of the lesson series coming out through May!
